Karina Jones, President & CEO

Karina Jones is a Yuma native and proud ASU Sundevil. After graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Tourism Development and Management, she returned home with hopes of bettering her local community. Karina currently serves as the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Chair and is part of the lead council for the Yuma Area Nonprofit Institute. Karina and husband, Tyrone have two Daughters, Aria, age 5 and Mila, age 2. Both are also actively involved at their church, Church for the City.

Kari Tatar, Community Development Director

Kari provides support to the Community Impact Fund for United Way. Kari is a native Nebraskan who moved to Yuma in 1999. She married her husband Jeff Tatar in February 2009 and together, they share six children and two grandchildren. Kari has worked in the non-profit community in Yuma as a development director and marketing/program coordinator for the last six years; focusing greatly on community organization, collaboration and change. The experience has given her a deep appreciation for how non-profits seek to improve the quality of life for Yuma County.

Andrew Henderson, Finance Director

Andrew was born in San Diego, CA, but fell in love with Yuma when he moved here to attend high school. He met his wife here in Yuma and loves the "Yuman" community. Andrew is the oldest of eight siblings and has two dogs and a cat.
