Passing the Baton

After 14 incredible years, I will be transitioning out of my role as Executive Director of United Way of Yuma County at the end of December 2025.

 

This organization has been part of so many chapters in my life. United Way welcomed me as a brand-new college graduate, walked with me through marriage and motherhood, and gave me the chance to pour my heart into a community I love. While there is certainly some sadness in saying goodbye, I am filled with gratitude for all we have built together and excitement for what is ahead.

 

The Board of Directors has officially launched the search for United Way’s next Executive Director. This transition plan was created with care to allow for a thoughtful and seamless handoff, ensuring United Way is ready for its next season of growth and impact.
